"From Lab to Market"

Creating a substantive, competitive, and inspiring scientific playground for students in Food, Biology, and Chemistry.

Bringing students into direct contact with international experts, regulators, and businesses within an international scientific conference.

Creating a direct recruitment and internship channel between sponsoring businesses and outstanding students.

Contributing to the celebration of the 70th anniversary of Hanoi University of Science and Technology.

Participation Rules

300-500 words, using the Organizing Committee's template; submitted via qmfs.hust.edu.vn. Bilingual Vietnamese-English.

Portrait A0, 841 x 1189 mm. Minimum 72pt title font, minimum 24pt body font (legible from 1.5 m away).

The Organizing Committee provides 3 PowerPoint/Illustrator templates with the QMFS 2026 header, HUST logo, VinaCert, and sponsor logos already in place. Using the template is mandatory to keep the poster area visually consistent.

Each poster has a QR code in the bottom right corner linking to: the author's 60-second pitch video, extended data/appendix, and the "Audience Choice" voting form.

The Organizing Committee handles centralized printing to ensure consistent quality and branding; students only need to submit a PDF file (150 dpi).

Vietnamese or English. The "60-Second Pitch" final is encouraged to be presented in English (bonus points).
