The review process for journal submissions will proceed as follows:

  • Authors submit abstracts to the email address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. (Round 1).
  • Subsequently, accepted abstracts will be requested to be published on the website of the Journal of Science and Technology (https://ojs.hust.edu.vn/ModuleUser/eLogin.aspx) with a unique code for the conference according to the journal's format regulations. Manuscripts will undergo online peer review as per the journal's regulations (Round 2).
  • Manuscripts that pass Round 2 will be decided upon by the Scientific Board and the Editorial Board of the journal for final outcomes (Round 3)

PUBLICATION

The submitted reports approved by the Scientific Board will be selected for presentation at the conference in the form of either oral presentations or posters. Additionally, if authors register to publish their manuscripts in the Journal of Science and Technology (formerly known as the Journal of Science and Technology of Technical Universities) or in the Conference Proceedings (with an ISBN index), these manuscripts will be forwarded for peer review as regulations. Note that manuscripts submitted for publication in the journal must be written in English.
