Assoc. Prof. Chu Ky Son
Associate Professor Dr. Chu Ky Son, Rector of the School of Chemistry and Life Sciences, Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), Faculty of Food Engineering.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chu Ky Son has over 20 years of experience in biotechnology and food technology. In addition to his academic expertise, he currently serves as Rector of the School of Chemistry and Life Sciences at Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST). With a strong commitment to continuous innovation and sustainable development, he has been leading efforts to enhance education quality, research excellence, and knowledge transfer, positioning the Faculty of Food Engineering as a trusted hub for the sustainable advancement of Vietnam's food industry.
Prof. Pham Quoc Long
Senior Researcher at IAST - Ton Duc Thang University.
Prof. Pham Quoc Long is a leading expert in organic chemistry, chemistry of natural compounds, and chemical technology. He is currently a Senior Researcher at IAST - Ton Duc Thang University, with more than 250 scientific publications, nearly 100 WoS-indexed papers, and an H-index of 24. His research focuses on lipids, fatty acids, and natural compounds from marine organisms and Vietnamese plants, with applications in pharmaceuticals, functional foods, and biotechnology. Prof. Long has led numerous national-level research projects, holds multiple patents, and has made significant contributions to doctoral training and international scientific collaboration.
